A Research Group Led By Professor Wang Biao and Professor Zheng Yue Gained New Achievements in Research on The Heterogeneous Ferroelectric Tunnel Junction

Recently, a research group of School of Physics and Engineering of Sun Yat-sen University, led by Professor Wang Biao and Professor Zheng Yue, has made great progress in the research of quantum transport of ferroelectric tunnel junction. The main achievement is published on ACS Nano, (2011)

The research group has obtained a series of results in the research of ferroelectric tunnel junction and nano-sized ferroelectric material. The scientific paper about giant piezoelectric resistance effects in ferroelectric tunnel, written in the earlier stage of the research, has been introduced in detail by the Institutes of Physics (IOP) as a Highlight paper. Other relevant researches papers have been published recently on many academic journals, such as JMPS, (2007), Nano Letters, (2008), Nanotech., (2009), Acta. Mater(2010), and Appl. Phys. Lett. (2010). And the research group has also been invited to many international conferences held in Singapore, Hong Kong and some other cities to give reports on relevant researches.
