On March 18, 2011, Family Doctor Magazine won Advanced Publisher Award in the 2nd China's Government Award for Publishing.

China's Government Award for Publishing is the highest honor in China’s publishing industry. Liu Binjie, Director of General Administration of Press and Publication, said the Award stands for the Chinese government’s solemn reputation. Altogether, there were 120 excellent publications, 50 advanced publishers and 70 outstanding individuals won China's Government Award for Publishing. Family Doctor Magazine was one of the nine periodicals that won Advanced Publisher Award.

After winning the award, Family Doctor Magazine will keep on being innovative and working hard to improve the health of the whole nation.
