Recently, Dongguan Friendship Hospital and Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University signed a medical technology cooperation agreement. In the future, the two sides will share medical technology resources to improve medical services at the basic level, speed up cultivation of health professionals and promote connotation construction in hospitals. This measure is going to provide new management experience for the development of private hospitals in Dongguan and provide better medical services for people in Dongguan and surrounding areas. Also, this cooperation mode between public and private hospitals will actively accelerate the development of Dongguan’s private medical and health cause.

It is learned that Dongguan Friendship Hospital was established in 2009, with over 1,000 beds and a total investment of 0.65 billion yuan. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University is a modern comprehensive class-3 grade-A hospital providing medical services, teaching and research.
