On the afternoon of May 18th, Du Zhanyuan, the member and Deputy Minister of Party Leadership Group, came and inspected on Sun Yat-sen University. The head of Division of Science and Technology in Ministry of Education Wang Yanjue, Vice Minister Chen Yinhui, Vice Minister Lou Jing, Inspector from Guangdong Ministry of Education Luo Yuanfang and some other leaders joined this inspection.

After the meeting, accompanied by General Secretary Zheng Detao and President Xu Ningsheng, Deputy Minister Du Zhanyuan and the group visited the state key laboratory of photovoltaic material and technology and the state key laboratory of bio-control and resources usage as well.
